Job Responsibility
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to Macau customers. Manage customer’s enquiries by phone, email and/or live chat.
  • Implement creative ways to improve our client relationships and to drive business by promoting our products / IT Solutions. Provide strategic and consultative advice to help customers get the best return on their advertising investment and/or solve technical challenges for customers.
Requirement
  • High diploma or above (prefer IT Technology)
  • Must be Macau citizens
  • Experience in sales, marketing, consulting or customer support will be an advantage
  • Achieve assigned Sales target
  • Knowledge of IT equipment is preferable
  • Good computer skill especially MS office (PPT, Xls and Outlook)
  • Proactive, independent worker with the capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
  • Proficient in Cantonese and Putonghua
Working Hours:
  • Mon- Fri 9am-6pm, Govt Holiday
Job Responsibility
  • Provide general IT support service for office users according to committed service level
  • Work with team members as a Support Service pool to delivery Service
  • Record all incidents log in the system. Follow up assigned tasks until problem resolved. Assist to prepare monthly report
  • Implement a schedule project ( e.g: deploy a patch of new PC/ software upgrade )
Requirement
  • High diploma or above (prefer IT Technology)
  • Must be Macau citizens
  • At least 1 yr experience on related IT support service
  • Solid support experience on Win 10, MS office ( XLS, Outlook, words)
  • Experience on setup Projector, L2 switch and Scanner/ network printer
Working Hrs:
  • Mon- Fri 9am-6:30 pm, occasionally Govt Holiday

  • Assist in gathering users’ requirements, systems analysis & design
  • Involve in application testing and prepare test cases
  • Support application deployment on various platforms
  • Produce various system documents
  • Provide application supports

Position Requirement
  • University Degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 0 - 3 years of working experience in Java, J2EE, JavaScript and SQL
  • Experience with web application development with Spring framework is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Mobile Application development is a plus
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese

Job Responsibility

  • Implement creative ways to improve our client relationships and to drive business by promoting our products. Provide strategic and consultative advice to help customers get the best return on their advertising investment and/or solve technical challenges for customers.
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing and Sales teams on role definition and process enhancement. Collaborate with Specialists, Engineers and Product team members on project management.
Skills Requirement
  • Degree in any field (3rd / final year will be considered as part-time)
  • Experience in sales, marketing, consulting or customer support will be an advantage
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Effective resourcefulness in mining available knowledge bases to find answers and solutions.
  • Proactive, independent worker with the capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to see both detail and big picture challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in English, Putonghua and Cantoneses.
